The Hotel complex consists of a mainbuilding where the bedrooms are situated on 3 floors, almost all of them with balcony and furnished patio. A few small apartments are situated at the back of the hotel in a holm-oak wood; directly on the beach of Procchio, ca. 350 m from the main complex lies the Sporting Club La Fenice, situated in a park of mediterranean vegetation, lawns and flowerbeds.
