The Marbela Residence is the ideal alternative to a hotel; which may, in fact, be used for a day as for a year with a different tariff for the different lengths of time. The structure has the characteristics and the warmth of a splendid "house", the tranquility and the discretion of an excellent environment with the services of a useful hotel. All the apartments are of independent dimensions which offer a harmonious union between comfort and functionality in the care of the furnishings and provided with all accessories that make it large and functional like your second home should be in which you return with pleasure. The apartments are of two rooms and a small part are one rooms. The
two roomed apartments are composed of a lounge, bedroom, bathroom with bathtub and shower, kitchen and ample terrace where, especially in the summer, it is pleasant to eat lunch outside. With air conditioning and heating, furnished with functional furniture, built-in wardrobes, kitchen with electric oven, fridge, safe, television, film titles with a TV card system, hairdryer, telephone with direct access. Provided with bed and bath linen, complete
with pots and pans and other utensils. The
one room apartments are
substantially provided for but are placed in a single room with cooking area
and bathroom with bathtub or shower.
The residence has a small bar with external restaurant service, there is provided a laundry serive for personal items, car space in the car park or closed garage with reception that operates 24hrs a day.
The Residence also provides fully functional and furnished offices. There are one or more reachable telephone points also with the possibility for external use, personal voice box, fax, photocopying machine, secretary, meeting rooms, luminous boards, Internet connection. May be used with the Residence formula for a day or months, they are ideal to realise work meetings reserved or selected within the same internal structure where there is comfortable accommodation.
